This document is a guide as to how to setup the spam filtering. There are a lot of settings available but these are the basics.
To start with you need to understand the order in which they work. If the first system checks have been actioned then the items after won't be activated.
Spam/Content filter order:
1) System Spam checks
2) Domain level Spam checks (if different)
3) Domain level Content Filters
4) User level Spam checks (if different)
5) User level Content Filters
First login to webmail and click "Settings" in the top bar, you should see this:

You will see "Spam Filtering", click that and you should see this:

Here you can choose what you do with the emails that actually get marked as spam, either Low, Medium or High probability.
You can also setup trusted senders and blocked senders lists.
Once completed click the "Save" button.
NOTE: If someone in your trusted senders list doesn't have their mail server setup correctly then the email may still be marked as spam.
